ABOUT US

The story of Maison Isabelle began with a secret recipe passed down through generations in Bordeaux. My husband’s great-grandmother entrusted this treasured recipe to his grandmother, who then passed it to my mother-in-law, Françoise. In 2012, when I first tasted a Cannelé, I was captivated by its unique and complex flavor. After the birth of my daughter, Isabelle, my passion for the art of French baking grew stronger than ever.

My daughter Isabelle has been my greatest inspiration to open this bakery. Since 2016, we have expanded our online business and distributed Cannelés to reputable stores in Saigon, bringing the authentic flavors of France closer to everyone.
